Eighteen years in the making
Brittany has been baking in some way or another for eighteen years — it started with friends in high school, turned into a job at the bakery inside Turning Stone Casino & Resort, and then close to eight years as a pastry chef at a fine-dining restaurant in the Finger Lakes.
A shop of our own was always the goal. We searched all over for the right place, and found this little storefront on East Main Street at exactly the right moment.
It is a true from-scratch bakery, run by two people who love what they make. Come in, see what is in the case, and find your new favorite.

Where to park
We are part of Main Street, so most people park right on the street out front. It fills up at busy times, and that catches a lot of folks out.
The trick most people do not know: there is a free public parking lot around the corner on Lapham Park, over by the Webster Museum. It is a short walk to our door and there is almost always a spot.
